Unimaginable becomes extraordinary
Hopefully never but always possible, for a family to go through such a travesty that gathers enough attention from a party that warrants popularity. Take this a modern day icon and a average family who has just lost everything to a natural disaster. This what I am about to tell is true but apparently not popular….yet!
It’s true heart and compassion from the icons wife who certainly was not under obligation to take the following events as far as she did.
This family who has lost everything including a family member is visited by sports coach wife during the visitation of this family member. After close to two hours later sports coach wife has been told about many specific items the family has lost even from the brother of whom has passed. Now is a good time to mention the family member who has passed was a junior in high school and has already been accepted to college with a full scholarship to a veterinary school.
The day after the visitation the brother is surprised with exactly those things he mentioned to sports coach’s wife. She went that extra step and showed compassion and heart! To add to the warmth of this family who took the time to listen and provide for a family who did not have anything, a scholarship has been created in the name in honor of the life who has passed. To share the continue a legacy that was stopped to soon.
It is: Auburn University and Mrs. Chizik!
Its is astonishing that this has been done and a true mark of character from the entire Auburn Family
